I have a Er CF error code which I believe is the condenser fan. The unit still seems to work ok but is it safe to run until I can get it repaired.

I have a ER CF error code on my LG Fridge/Freezer which I believe is a faulty condenser fan. The unit seems to be working ok. Is it safe for me to operate the unit whist waiting for the repair.
